Distance: 42.195km (argh...) I can still remember how my legs cramped at the 30km mark at the run last time.

Hope I can better my timing the last time. Below 4.30hrs i hope. (Got 5hrs 9 min the last time)

And i going to tender soon.... leaving the job which i love so much... the colleagues whom I enjoy chatting with... The clients whom really get on my nerves sometimes.
