Motion... Friction.... Abrasion!
I also know why people's groin got big patches of abrasion.
I too know why people's armpit can also have abrasion.
I likewise know why people's feet can have blisters.
Out of the 4, i had three... (less than nipples abrasion.)
There was this guy with 2 blood trails on his singles which originated from his nipples. And his singlet was white colours. I wonder how he managed to fight off the stares from people while he was running.
Ran 32km today. Started at 7. Finished at 11. Damn shagged. I am going to lose weight. One of the guys lost 7 kg within 3 months.
But it's all good training.
ANd I should go sleep now.

To the next higher level
Training for marathon is also quite boring. It's just so hard to find people to clock that distance with you. 10km minimum and eventually hitting more than 30 km per run. So with the tot of bringing my training to the next higher level, I joined a running club! Sgrunner. They are basically a group of running enthusiasts from all walks of life, organising training runs, leisure jogs and going for running events.
This sat will be my first training with them. 0645 hrs. 35 km. The longest I will be running in my WHOLE life. THe furthest I ran was 21km. Only did 35km and 72 km route marches during army. And I can't imagine running 35km non stop. Good training for the marathon. Have to carbo load from tomorrow onwards. Just hope i don't flip on sat. My target for the marathon is to get below 4hr 30 mins. haha.. Hope la. Just hope.
The reason why I like to run is because during the run, it's really a quiet time for one to reflect on him/herself. It's only during the run where you will really start to run things through in your mind. Thinking about the events which have occurred and what do you want to achieve in the near future. When everything in life starts to get messy, I always go for a run. It's only during the run when I will take the time to reflect and to put things in place.
I believe everyone's mind has a limit. The limit at which you start to pant and have the urge to stop and walk. I always try to exceed this limit when i run. I will run until I really have the urge to give up and panting like nobody's business. At this time, the tot of giving up or enduring will start to appear in my mind. Not that I ALWAYS choose to endure, I sometimes gave up and started walking. But I believe by taking the extra effort to endure through that pace for even a minute or more, you would have already strengthen your mind. Sooner or later, that pace will be a norm for you and you would have to challenge yourself to even a faster pace.
Other than all these internal "strengthening", running also makes you physically fitter. Your muscles look more toned. No more flabby arms and thighs. You will look younger. Squeezing one swimming session into the week, you will also get that tan. So imagine, a tanned and well tone person. That's what I hope I will become. YOUNGER!
But Running has its risks. Runner knees, dehydration, losing of mass. So make sure you listen to your body while running. Rest those knees and drink lots of water. At least 2 litres per day. Sip a bit before a run to wet your throat. Don't drink too much, if not, you will have stitches. And try to do some weights and have prpoer nutrition to maintain those muscles.
I hate it when people who don't exercise start to put down those who exercise. "Are you a freak?", "Are you so free?", "I have more things to do than you".. Be responsible for your own health. For those who always have excuses to skip exercise, there's always another time for work. Even a slow 15 mins run is good enough.
So Run. Start runnning.

Shattered.... All gone...
My man's pride all gone...
She overtook me while running.
I caught a glimpse of her face when she overtook me.
I never saw her face since.
I only saw her back.
Getting smaller and smaller.
I wasn't running slow.
But I just couldn't catch her.
This is what people always say.. "pi bo yan" (meaning smell no smoke in hokkien)
My pride... Men's pride.. Men's Ego.
All gone.
I should train more.

I don't have a broken back..

So being curious, i looked through that guy's friends list. (THis sentence sounds weird.. I sound like a gal talking abt a guy) Anyway, I realised a lot of his gays' friends have abt the same display pic as mine. Oh my god... Taking a closer look, i think i am quite scantily clad.. singlet with a shorts with super high slit... Attracting the wrong attention.
I love WOMEN! (This sounds pervertic) But .. ya.. i am straight... I hope to have a family with a wife and my own cute kids... definitely not a man with kids... This is getting weird.. way weird.
Was watching 我家有只河东狮。。nearly cried while watching it.. (oh no.. is it a sign of depleting male hormones?) shit..
She said something very true in the show... 婚姻最神圣的是承诺。。I wonder how true it is nowadays.

Who's ur Daddy?!?!
Along the way from my house to her house in the car... Apparently, she had this friend who is an evangelist...always talking to her abt God, abt christianity, abt salvation etc. So Mei was trying to strike a conversation with me who was concentrating on the road.
MeiMei: AH heng gor gor... You know what is christianity?
Me: Is it those kind where you go to church every week?
MeiMei: Yes! My friend told me onli those who believe in God will live eternally.
Me: eh... yah.. that's what Christians believe in.
MeiMei: You know who is God?
(Trying to loosen myself from the focus on the road, so decided to be a little crappy) For christians out there, pls dun feel offended.
Me: Of cos i Know who is God... He is your lao Peh..
MeiMei: No! He's not lao peh... Lao peh is not a good word.
Me: What's wrong with lao peh? Lao peh is father wat!
MeiMei: No! Not laopeh!
Me: Okay... You tell me... what does lao peh mean?
MeiMei: Father
Me: NEH! It's father wat... so God is laopeh rite?
MeiMei: ...... eh... ya..... But You cannot call God as laopeh. He will be angry...
Me: What's wrong with that? Lao Peh is father and Father is Lao peh... And laopeh is not a bad word! What would God be angry?
MeiMei: .... But he cannot understand what is laopeh!
Me: hmmm ya ah.. he is not hokkien hor? But You are hokkien ma.... So u can call him laopeh! You explain to him next time what does laopeh mean okie?
MeiMei: -_-'''
I think she wouldn't want to talk to me abt religion again.
