This week has been relatively easy with my boss almost away everyday on leave.
He has close to 1 month of leave. And he told me that i won't get to see him for the next 1 to 2 months. Shuang...
Getting used to the training regime. Stand Chart is coming and I hope i will be ready by then.
Mileage for this week:
Mon: Run from home to changi V= 14km
Tues: CBD run = 8km Tempo run... Saw Wanlin running in CBD too. haha.. Purposely blocked her way cos I was running in the opp. direction. She was running head down and still managed to avoid me when I was directly in front of her. She's too fast for me to tap her at her back. haha.. GOod to see an old friend though we didn't managed to talk.
Wed: Rest... Senza was asking me to go for this 20km run with them. But I decided to rest my knees...
Thurs: Home to Temasek poly= 10km
Fri: Gym + Seletar Buffalo wings. Ma de... onli managed to eat until level 3. THe wings are graded in terms of their "hotness" from level 1 to 30. 1 the least, 30 the most. If u can eat until level 30, they will give u a cert and pin your picture in their restaurant. haha WHy people pay to suffer? cannot understand...
Sat: Long steady run at ECP= 28km. And for goodness sake, we saw this auntie wearing BIKINI to run... seriously... BIKINI with running shoes! Realli got the urge to puke when we saw her... Is it that comfortable? Cannot understand....
Sun: REST. STill comtemplating whether i should go for a 10km recovery run. But i think i want to be lazy and just go for a tan instead.
Total mileage clocked = 60km.
Did something quite crazy too. I am going HK marathon in Feb.. haha.. together with costner, Mei qin, AUdrey and Eunice. Hope everything will turn out to be good. Looking at the thai trip in jan, I think i better start saving up.
