Running could help you a lot there.
During running, endorphin secretion increases, and that hormone we all call "happy hormone" because of the euphoria it makes.
Also, a good run can help you clear your mind so that you can get a better perspective of your problems.
Looking back, i have been running at least twice per week for the past 6 years. Whenever things get tough, i always have this feeling of dumping everything and go for a run.
Shall go for another therapy on Thurs. Running after work near the office with my colleague. Looking forward.
